Medical Coders (HCC & SDS)

Job Overview: We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Medical Coders specializing in HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) and SDS (Same Day Surgery) coding to join our dynamic healthcare team. If you're passionate about accuracy, compliance, and delivering quality work in a remote setup, we want to hear from you. QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 year and 5 months of hands-on HCC coding experience (excluding training period). At least 2 years of direct SDS coding experience (excluding training period). Must be a graduate of a medical allied course (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, etc.). Must have a certification from AAPC or AHIMA (e.g., CPC, CCS). Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and coding software platforms. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and reporting skills.
