Medior/Senior CNC Service Desk Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Medior/Senior CNC Service Desk Engineer to join our Managed Services Service Desk team.

The main purpose of this role is to support our Service Desk with 2nd line activities and help ensure continuity of our service delivery.

You will work closely with the team to investigate and resolve incidents, support customers, and provide reliable technical assistance.

What will you do?

• Perform 2nd line Service Desk activities
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests
• Provide technical support related to CNC
• Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
• Work closely with the Service Desk and Managed Services teams
• Contribute to maintaining continuity and quality of service delivery

What are we looking for?

• 5–10 years of relevant experience
• Experience with CNC
• Experience in a Service Desk, technical support, or similar environment
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Working hours

Ideally, you are available to work early and/or afternoon shifts. If this is not possible, regular full-day shifts can also be considered.
