- Use internal technology resources to implement automated call campaigns, (i.e. Robocalls) to efficiently communicate benefit information, outreach opportunities, and oral health education to members.
- Schedule, coordinate, facilitate, and document quarterly Member Advisory Board meetings, including detailed meeting minutes, and participate in Provider Advisory Board meetings hosted by SKYGEN Provider Services.
- Monitor member access rates and outreach effectiveness, providing regular reporting, analysis, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging developments in dental Medicaid programs, member outreach, and community engagement.
- Mentor and support department staff to promote accuracy, consistency, professional development, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Member Experience Representatives and Medicaid Solutions Manager on cross-functional initiatives, outreach activities, strategic projects, and other assignments to support client goals and program success.
- Contribute to special projects and other departmental initiatives as assigned while consistently delivering high-quality results.
