• $100–$200 per hour

• Part-time
• Fully flexible schedule
Work on the cutting edge of AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the psychological expertise and clinical judgment you already have.
The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real mental health experts. The teams building them need psychologists and psychiatrists who can create realistic clinical scenarios, judge whether AI responses are accurate and appropriate, write the answer a qualified professional would give, and explain where the response falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI models, including how they handle psychological content across different cultures and languages. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice, research or teaching.
What you'll do
• Review AI-generated clinical scenarios and therapeutic dialogues for accuracy, relevance, ethical standards and clinical appropriateness
• Create and review datasets built from psychological case studies and assessments
• Find bias and language or culture issues in model responses, then suggest evidence-based fixes.
• Write clear feedback and contribute to documentation that explains psychological concepts and supports ongoing model development
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $100–$200 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current work
• Work directly with frontier AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most psychologists and psychiatrists will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping mental health work, and the professionals who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote, fully flexible, no minimum shift, no commute
Who this is for
• A Ph.D. in Psychology or an MD with completed psychiatry residency
• Experience in clinical practice, psychology or psychiatry research, or higher education, with strong analytical and evaluative judgment
• Professional fluency in at least one of French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese or Indonesian, plus advanced English communication skills
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
• $100–$200 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Fully flexible schedule; fully remote, Japan
