A global industrial technology and engineering company with operations in Japan. The business operates across technical and manufacturing-related sectors and focuses on attracting experienced professionals while developing sustainable pipelines of early-career talent.

This position combines experienced-hire recruitment with graduate and early talent recruitment initiatives in Japan.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting university partnerships, internship programmes, campus events and employer branding initiatives.

Reporting to the APAC Talent Acquisition Regional Lead, the role works closely with local business stakeholders and regional and global recruitment teams.

Job Role and Duties
Manage both experienced-hire and graduate recruitment in Japan, working closely with business stakeholders and regional Talent Acquisition teams.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and corporate functions.

• Lead graduate recruitment activities, including internships, campus hiring and university partnerships.

• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

• Collaborate with regional and global teams to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, including end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in graduate recruitment, internships or campus hiring.
• Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools and technical or industrial talent markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• JLPT N1-equivalent Japanese proficiency and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
