Il ruolo richiede la capacità di supportare il cliente nei progetti cliente in ambito Infrastrutture e End User:

• Supporto alla migrazione di dominio Active Directory

• Capacita’ di coordinamento tra team di infrastrutture e team End User

• Mitigazione e risoluzione dei problemi, post migrazione

• Analisi impatto policy di dominio preesistenti su dominio target

• Analisi eventuali problemi di autenticazione applicativa post migrazione

• Collaborazione con il PM di progetto

• Conoscenza dei processi di asset management

• Gradita esperienza in ambiente Enterprise

Skills

• Active Directory e Group Policy Management (Expert)

• Conoscenza OS Client Windows 11 and modern workplace (Expert)

• MS Entra-id/Azure AD (Expert)

• Powershell script ed elaborazioni su Excel (Intermediate)

• MS Intune (Basic)

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata (B2 level)
