Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer/Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to support the continued development and optimisation of our CRM platform across a growing regional automotive group.

This can be a fully remote or hybrid role and would suit someone who is comfortable working independently and proactively with commercial teams to turn business requirements into practical CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, develop and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Build and improve workflows, dashboards, reporting and automation
• Support lead management, customer case management and sales processes
• Integrate CRM with other systems and digital customer touchpoints
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support
• Work directly with business users to identify opportunities to improve processes
• Help us expand the use of automation and AI within the CRM environment

What we’re looking for

• A proactive self-starter
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
• Good understanding of all aspects of CRM architecture, workflows and integrations
• Experience with Power Platform would be an advantage
• Commercial mindset — able to understand what the business is trying to achieve, not simply the technology
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable working remotely with an international team
