Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer

📍 Location: Egypt (Hybrid)

✈️ Mobility Requirement: Candidates must be willing to travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA) for temporary task-force assignments, on-site project support, and business requirements as needed. The role will remain primarily based in Egypt under a hybrid working arrangement.

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong X++ development skills and hands-on experience building customizations, reports, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain D365 F&O extensions and customizations using X++.

Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Create and enhance SSRS reports, data entities, forms, workflows, and batch processes.

Build and support integrations using data entities, OData, and custom services.

Investigate and resolve technical issues, including performance and integration problems.

Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Prepare technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience developing for D365 F&O.

Strong knowledge of X++, extensions, Chain of Command, and event handlers.

Experience with SSRS reports and the Data Management Framework.

Experience developing and troubleshooting integrations.

Familiarity with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, source control, and deployment processes.

Understanding of core business processes in Finance, Procurement, Sales, or Inventory.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
