SAP IBP Consultant – Mid Level Bizbrain Technologies provides consulting services to enterprises, with a particular focus on SAP customers and prospects. SAP Integrated Business Planning [SAP IBP] enables organizations to fulfil future demand profitably through real-time, cloud-based supply chain planning. With SAP HANA in-memory technology, the solution integrates sales and operations, demand, supply, response, and inventory planning capabilities. Bizbrain Technologies is expanding its team in South America to deliver innovative service packages, supporting customers across North America, Europe, and Latin America. The SAP IBP Consultant ( Mid Level ) is responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing SAP IBP solutions based on Bizbrain’s delivery methodology . This role bridges functional knowledge and hands-on execution. It requires the ability to work independently on defined work packages, while collaborating with senior consultants for complex design topics and mentorship. Key Responsibilities As part of a global project and support team, the consultant will: Configure SAP IBP for demos, pilots, customer projects, and Proof of Concepts, working with guidance from senior consultants when needed. • Participate in requirement-gathering discussions and translate business needs into functional configuration under established project frameworks. • Create and update process and procedure documentation for business solutions. • Execute and document test scripts aligned with project delivery standards. • Perform data analysis with a focus on consistency, correctness, and troubleshooting within SAP IBP. • Execute data load activities using SAP IBP standard features and SAP integration tools. • Contribute to support activities for existing IBP customers, including issue analysis, root-cause investigation, and solution recommendations. • Identify improvement opportunities in deployed IBP solutions and contribute to enhancements that increase business adoption and process efficiency. • Assist in customer workshops, blueprint discussions, and design reviews in collaboration with senior consultants. All other duties as assigned. Growth & Leadership Expectations Continue developing subject-matter expertise across SAP IBP modules through structured Bizbrain training and project exposure. • Provide knowledge transfer to junior consultants as needed, supporting their onboarding and learning. • Engage in internal initiatives such as content development, methodology refinement, or accelerator improvements. Qualifications Quality in delivery is paramount. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks in a structured and prioritized manner. A calm and methodical approach is essential for troubleshooting system configurations and working through complex planning scenarios. Travel The position may require limited international travel.
