Mid-Senior Recruiter

About the role

As a Recruiter at All The Hires, you will be a crucial part of our talent project execution team, responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and engaging top-tier candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's growth and success.

You will contribute by:

• Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Utilising various sourcing strategies, including online channels, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to identify and attract top talent.

• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Contributing to the development and enhancement of our employer brand to attract top talent and promote a positive image of the organization.

• Using recruitment metrics and analytics to assess and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

You will bring with you:

Must-haves

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a senior role, 3+ years.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Excellent command of the English language.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Additional experience in process automation, digital marketing, data analysis, or corporate training is a plus.
