Agency : Good One Job Description : We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join Good one - a trusted performance marketing agency with over 15 years of experience and part of the global Havas network. In this role, you will plan, manage, and scale digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads with a focus on real business results. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and implementing Google Ads strategies based on client goals, market context, and performance data. Managing campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, and optimization priorities. Launching, testing, and scaling campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen, YouTube, Apps, and Remarketing. Analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and turning data into clear actions. Monitoring daily KPIs, spotting performance changes, and taking proactive steps to improve results. Working with automation, AI, tracking, analytics, and reporting tools to understand the full performance picture. We’re looking for someone who has Ownership of Google Ads accounts, including strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on data. Experience with Google Analytics and understanding key performance metrics. Confidence in presenting insights, recommendations, and next steps. Good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple projects at once. Excellent Lithuanian and English skills. Curiosity, ambition, and willingness to keep learning. It would be a plus if you have Basic technical knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or tracking implementation. Understanding Merchant Center, product feeds, and conversion tracking setup. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and fit for the role.
