Mid–Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote (Must be currently based and residing in Greece)

Alongside this centerpiece account, we are actively driving several cutting-edge product design tracks across our global client roster.

We are looking for a talented Mid–Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team, working closely alongside our Lead Designer and the rest of the UX department. • Tackle Complex Enterprise UX: Take ownership of user flows, interaction architecture, and interface design for large-scale enterprise platforms and data-heavy products.
• End-to-End Execution: Drive projects from discovery and wireframing through to high-fidelity Figma prototypes and developer handoff.
• Collaborate Closely: Partner with our Lead Designer, client stakeholders, and engineering teams to turn technical requirements into seamless user journeys.
• Maintain & Evolve Systems: Build, document, and scale robust component libraries and design systems in Figma.

• 3–6 years of UI/UX product design experience, with a portfolio highlighting work on web platforms, SaaS, or complex digital tools.
• Systems thinker: You aren't intimidated by technical terminology, complex state machines, or intricate data structures.
• Figma native: Advanced proficiency with auto-layout, design tokens, nested components, and interactive prototyping.
• Strong communicator: Comfortable presenting design decisions and rationale in clear, fluent English (our primary client-facing language).
• Autonomous & proactive: Able to take briefs, structure the problem, and drive solutions forward with constructive feedback.

• Experience or familiarity with AI tools and modern AI-assisted design workflows is a plus.
• Prior experience designing developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or complex dashboards.
• Practical understanding of front-end web constraints (HTML/CSS/JS).
