Lign is a pre-seed fintech startup on a mission to redefine business finance in Indonesia through a modern, AI-driven platform. As our Mobile App Developer (Flutter), you will join as a core founding engineer, responsible for building robust, secure, and scalable mobile applications that enable the future of B2B finance in Indonesia.

In this key role, you will contribute far beyond coding—actively shaping our product, technical vision, and engineering culture. Ideal candidates have a proven passion for shipping impactful products, thrive in early-stage, ambiguous environments, and are excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up. You will have outsized ownership and influence as you tackle complex problems in payments, financial data, and mobile-first financial services.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, develop, and maintain Lign’s Flutter mobile apps, ensuring a reliable, responsive mobile experience that delights our users.
  

• Own the mobile application lifecycle, from design, code implementation, and testing, to deployment and maintenance in production environments.
  

• Partner with product and design to define a UX pattern library to provide a consistent and intuitive design across Lign’s product line.
  

• Set and uphold engineering best practices, bringing consistency and excellence to our codebase, development process, and release cycles.
  

• Mentor and support new engineering team members as we grow, contributing to recruitment and team culture.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with significant expertise in Flutter mobile app development.
  

• Proficient in Dart and in developing, testing, and releasing Flutter apps for both iOS and Android.
  

• Deep knowledge of the Flutter rendering pipeline and Dart internals. You understand how code executes at the engine level to optimize performance and memory usage.
  

• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, pre-seed startup environment.
  

• Bonus: Previous experience in fintech, banking, or payments platforms.
  

• Bonus: Building products for Indonesian or Southeast Asian markets.
