About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect & AI Engineering Lead to drive the design, transformation, and governance of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and AI solutions across the organization. The successful candidate will provide strategic and technical leadership, ensuring secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise infrastructure and cloud architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of AI and Generative AI solutions, including Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot.
• Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices across infrastructure, cloud, security, and AI domains.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Support affiliate integration projects and enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and business value.
• Engage with strategic partners, vendors, and technology governance bodies to drive successful project delivery.
• Mentor technical teams and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bac+5 / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud architecture, solution architecture, or related technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure and technology transformation projects.

• Ability to influence strategic technology decisions and drive innovation.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, Microsoft 365, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
