Siamo alla ricerca di un profilo che entrerà a far parte del Dipartimento Digital & Betting come Monitoring & Reporting Support.

Responsabilità principali

• Analisi strategiche su prodotto, marketing e CRM per supportare le decisioni aziendali.
• Monitoraggio delle performance aziendali e operative, individuando trend, anomalie e opportunità di miglioramento.
• Produzione e ottimizzazione della reportistica periodica e direzionale, con integrazione di dati da fonti interne ed esterne.
• Supporto al top management tramite dashboard, presentazioni executive, business case e analisi previsionali.
• Analisi avanzata dei dati e definizione di KPI per trasformare i dati in insight operativi e migliorare processi e performance.
  

Requisiti necessari:

• Data Analysis & Tools: SQL, Python, Power BI,
• Ottima padronanza della suite Microsoft Office (in particolare è richiesto l’utilizzo avanzato di Excel e Power Point)
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Orientamento al lavoro in team, alla relazione e alla condivisione delle informazioni
• Propensione all’analisi e al problem solving
• Gestione del tempo ed ottimizzazione dei processi
• Capacità di gestione dello stress

We are seeking a Monitoring & Reporting Support to join the Digital & Betting Department.

Main Responsibilities

• Strategic product, marketing, and CRM analysis to support business decisions.
• Monitoring business and operational performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Production and optimization of periodic and management reporting, integrating data from internal and external sources.
• Support for top management through dashboards, executive presentations, business cases, and forecasting.
• Advanced data analysis and KPI definition to transform data into operational insights and improve processes and performance.
  

Requirements:

• Data Analysis & Tools: SQL, Python, Power BI
• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (especially advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to work in a team, build relationships, and share information
• Aptitude for analysis and problem solving
• Time management and process optimization
• Stress management skills
