The Levels Financial, part of Mortgage Advice Bureau, is looking for two experienced Mortgage Advisers and one CeMAP-qualified trainee to join its growing team.

These are mortgage-only positions, allowing advisers to concentrate on providing high-quality mortgage advice.

Experienced advisers will work on a hybrid basis, supporting established estate agency partners across Yeovil, Glastonbury and Street.

This is a growth opportunity created following the addition of new introducer relationships and an increase in inbound enquiries from the company’s recently developed website.

Key responsibilities

  • Providing suitable and compliant mortgage advice to new and existing customers
  • Managing mortgage applications from the initial appointment through to completion
  • Supporting estate agency branches and responding promptly to customer referrals
  • Advising customers on purchases, remortgages, home moves and other residential mortgage requirements
  • Developing business from inbound enquiries and the company’s existing client bank
  • Building productive relationships with estate agency teams and other introducers
  • Identifying customers with protection needs and referring them to the dedicated Protection Adviser
  • Maintaining accurate customer, case and compliance records
  • Managing an active pipeline and keeping customers informed throughout the process
  • Liaising with lenders, administrators, estate agents and solicitors
  • Delivering excellent customer service and generating repeat business and referrals

We Would Like To Hear From Candidates Who

  • Hold CeMAP or an equivalent recognised mortgage qualification
  • Have achieved Competent Adviser Status
  • Have previous experience providing regulated mortgage advice
  • Can manage mortgage cases confidently from initial enquiry to completion
  • Have experience converting estate agency or other supplied leads
  • Build strong relationships with customers and introducers
  • Are organised, self-motivated and comfortable working on a hybrid basis
  • Deliver consistently high standards of customer service and compliance

What we offer

  • A permanent, employed position
  • Salary and commission package discussed at interview
  • Approximately 25 supplied leads per month
  • A reported lead conversion rate of approximately 40–50%
  • Leads from established estate agency partners
  • New business generated through the company website
  • Access to an existing client bank
  • Administrative support
  • Hybrid working for experienced advisers
  • Structured office-based support for the trainee adviser
  • A 10% payment on referred protection business
  • No clawback on the protection referral payment
  • Monday-to-Friday working
  • No weekend working
  • Regular summer and Christmas social events
  • Support from an established and growing brokerage

You will join a friendly team that values its culture and enjoys regular social events, while benefiting from weekday working and no weekend requirement.
