Mortgage Loan Officer Live Transfer Closer. Inbound Purchase Leads
This is a closing role, plain and simple. We hand you live, pre-screened purchase leads. Your job is to convert them.
No cold calling. No chasing. No building a pipeline from scratch. When a consumer who's ready to buy gets transferred to you, you pick up, build trust fast, and get them to the finish line. If you're a closer who's been stuck doing everything except closing, this is the seat where you just do what you're best at.
But let's be clear about what this role actually rewards: conversion. Not activity, not hours logged, not how many calls you can make. We're measuring one thing, how many of the good leads we give you turn into funded loans. If you close, we keep feeding you. If you don't, this isn't the fit.
Who wins in this seat:
- You close what's in front of you. You've got a track record of turning leads into funded deals. You know your conversion rate, and you're proud of it. That number is what gets you this job.
- You build trust fast. These are purchase leads comparing multiple offers. The LO who wins isn't the one who talks fastest or pushes hardest. It's the one the borrower trusts in the first two minutes. Warmth and competence close more live transfers than pressure ever will.
- You own the process. From the first call to structuring the file to delivering confidence to a nervous buyer, you know mortgages well enough to handle a live consumer in real time without fumbling.
- You move fast and stay sharp. Live transfers reward people who are responsive, organized, and ready. Leads are an opportunity, not a guarantee. You treat every one like it matters.
About the leads: Live transfers are the headline, but they’re not the only fuel. You’ll also work our online leads and AI-matched leads, which reward a different muscle: fast first contact and disciplined follow-up until the borrower picks up. Killers do both. They close what’s handed to them live, and they don’t let an online lead go cold because it didn’t answer the first time.
What we provide:
Live, pre-screened purchase leads from consumers ready to compare offers. You're their closer. Real support to help you convert, including a national team of about 50 producing LOs and a Slack where questions get answered in about five minutes, even nights and weekends. Every purchase deal is also a chance to build a relationship with the agent on the transaction, turning one closed loan into an ongoing referral source. 50+ lenders, a full broker product shelf, and no income caps. If you can close, we can keep you fed.
We've been doing this 20+ years (NMLS 4190). Our CEO and President still fund loans every day.
