WE ARE HIRING: Mortgage Specialist Region: Australian Market Location: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Mortgage Brokering / Financial Services / BPO Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mortgage Specialist to join the Credit Processing & Analysis Unit supporting the Australian region. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Australian mortgage loan processing who can manage end-to-end loan applications while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and communication with brokers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Australian mortgage loan processing. Complete full loan application assessments and documentation review. Handle valuation ordering, online applications, and loan servicing tasks. Work hands-on with I-Office/Outsource systems and Sales Tracker 2. Liaise and communicate effectively with brokers and relevant departments. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of mortgage files. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years or more experience in Australian Mortgage Loan Processing. Hands-on experience using I-Office/Outsource systems and Sales Tracker 2. Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage lending procedures and compliance requirements. Proven ability to manage loan applications from submission to settlement.
