Moving Foreman The Wise Guys Moving Foreman is responsible to lead his crew, responsibly care for WGM equipment, interface with the customer, plan the on-site safe packing, loading, transport and unloading of the customers items and communicate with the WGM Dispatch/Management. Complete basic and foreman training Qualities: ● 2+ years moving experience ● Management/crew lead skills ● Good with people ● Apt to teach ● Lifelong learner ● Thorough ● Patient ● Responsible ● Honest/Integrity Responsibilities/Duties: ● Communicating with customers ● Handling furniture with care ● Loading a truck efficiently ● Driving Truck (License) ● Good driving record - MVR ● Consistently adhering to WGM standards ● Managing a crew ● Leadership and Coaching ● Ensuring responsible use of moving equipment ● Effective team member
