Multilingual Customer Support Specialist | Remote in Greece

Location: Athens, Greece (for relocators)| Remote work

Languages: German, Dutch, Italian, or Danish (C1+), plus English

Do you enjoy helping people solve problems and get the most out of the technology they use every day? We are hiring Multilingual Customer Support Specialists to support customers of a premium home technology brand.

You will handle inbound calls about products, orders, deliveries, repairs, and warranties. Many conversations involve practical troubleshooting: listening to the issue, guiding the customer through possible solutions and, when helpful, using a video diagnostic tool to inspect the product remotely.

What you’ll do:

• Answer inbound calls in your specialist language and English.
• Help customers troubleshoot products and understand their options.
• Support enquiries about orders, deliveries, repairs, returns and warranties.
• Recommend suitable products or replacement parts when relevant.
• Record each interaction accurately and escalate cases that require further support.

What you’ll bring:

• C1 or higher proficiency in German, Dutch, Italian or Danish, plus strong English skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Confidence using multiple applications while speaking with customers.
• An interest in consumer technology and a practical approach to solving problems.

• You will receive 11 days of training, followed by approximately two weeks of supported practice with an experienced colleague.
• The service operates on shifts, including some Saturdays. Shifts are till 9 p.m
