Nemo & Anakin® is a 46,000 km pole-to-pole land & sea expedition, a 4-episode premium documentary series and a long-term youth engagement and stewardship platform - grounded in science, built around real places and real communities, and driven by a single urgent question:

Structured as a nonprofit foundation, we are expanding our volunteer team. If you are passionate about expedition, science, filmmaking and youth empowerment, explore our open positions below.
Open Positions
1. Marketing, Communication & Community Associate
Role: Join our existing Marcom team to co-create our communication roadmap, design engaging visual content, adapt social media posts, and help grow our digital community and presence. You will contribute to building and animating the Earth Keepers community - the youth engagement layer at the heart of the project.
Requirements: Fluent in English; experience in social media management, content creation (Canva, Photoshop), community building and brand launches.
2. Partnerships Associate
Role: Join and support our existing Partnerships team by identifying and approaching foundations, patrons and corporate partners aligned with our mission. Conduct outreach, prepare partnership materials, and support the organisation of N&A Stewardship Circles across our target cities.
Requirements: Strong research, analytical, and persuasion skills; experience or genuine interest in fundraising, philanthropy, and institutional partnerships.
3. Scientific Engagement Associate
Role: Join our existing Scientific Engagement team to deepen some of the core scientific themes already mapped across the expedition legs, identify and engage research experts, and build outreach strategies for scientific partnerships and programme development.
Requirements: research skills, intellectual agility, and strong networking capability across scientific fields. A background in environmental, ocean, or climate science is a strong plus.
4. Finance Associate
Role: Build and maintain financial models, manage budgets, track cash flows, and create financial reports for board members and potential funding partners. Support the management of our project budget and our fundraising targets.
Requirements: Background in finance or accounting; advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; strong precision and detail orientation.
Role Details
• Location: Mainly Remote
• Commitment: 2 to 4 hours per week (Part-time, Volunteering / Pro Bono to start)
