Responsibilities:
- Clarify business needs and define business and system requirements.
- Create process flows, business process diagrams, and ER diagrams.
- Define reusable and logical system requirements.
- Review Salesforce design proposals and prioritize standard Salesforce functionality.
- Lead functional aspects of Salesforce improvements and changes.
- Review vendor proposals from functional and structural perspectives.
- Support requirements definition, UAT, and release preparation.
- Investigate Salesforce data, settings, system behavior, and operational issues.
- Evaluate maintainability, existing-system impact, and future extensibility.
- Work with business teams, internal IT, and vendors.
Required Skills:
- Experience leading requirements definition and design phases in projects.
- Practical experience operating and maintaining business systems.
- Salesforce standard functionality, configuration, or data model knowledge is preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Business analysis experience beyond a specific platform is preferred.
- Japanese: N1 or above
- English: High Intermediate — reading and writing required
Working Hours:
9:00–17:30, Mon–Fri / Flextime, no core hours
Working Style:
Remote work available, with occasional office attendance for meetings, training, system changes, and incidents
