Type: Internship (Un-paid)
Duration: 3 Months
Focus: Campaign Management, Graduate Outreach & Workforce Innovation
About: Napblog Limited is a Dublin-based innovation, research, and workforce development company helping organisations solve business challenges through real-world projects.
Its flagship platform, Nap OS, is a personalised work-experience operating system designed to help graduates, job seekers, career changers, and international talent build verifiable proof-of-work and employer-aligned experience through real business projects.
Napblog works with startups, SMEs, enterprises, educational institutions, and other organisations to support innovation, validate ideas, and deliver measurable outcomes.
With 100+ global contributors and 50+ participants progressing into employment, Napblog is developing a different approach to employability: helping people demonstrate capability through execution rather than waiting for traditional employment opportunities.
We are looking for a Campaign Intern to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Nap OS GradIreland Campaign.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work on a live graduate-focused campaign and gain practical experience in campaign management, digital outreach, project coordination, analytics, and stakeholder communication.
You will work closely with the Napblog team to help coordinate campaign activities, monitor progress, engage with graduates and participants, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
This role is particularly suited to someone who wants to understand how a campaign moves from strategy → execution → audience engagement → measurable results.
Key Responsibities:
- Support the planning and execution of the Nap OS GradIreland campaign.
- Coordinate campaign activities across relevant digital channels.
- Assist with campaign scheduling, task management, and project timelines.
- Support graduate and early-career audience outreach and communication.
- Help maintain campaign documentation, trackers, content calendars, and project boards.
- Monitor campaign activity and key performance indicators.
- Collect and organise campaign data and prepare regular performance updates.
- Analyse campaign results and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders where required.
- Support communication with campaign participants, partners, and prospective users.
- Contribute ideas for improving campaign engagement, conversion, and reach.
- Help ensure campaign messaging remains consistent with the Nap OS positioning and objectives.
- Document campaign learnings and contribute to post-campaign reporting.
What you'll gain:
By working on a live Nap OS campaign, you will gain practical experience in:
- Campaign planning and execution
- Graduate and early-career marketing
- Digital outreach and engagement
- Campaign analytics and performance tracking
- Project coordination
- Stakeholder communication
- Remote team collaboration
- Startup and innovation environments
- Workforce development and employability
- Turning campaign activity into measurable outcomes
You will also have the opportunity to build evidence of your own campaign contribution and execution, rather than simply completing theoretical marketing tasks.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organise tasks and manage deadlines.
- Interest in campaign management, marketing, communications, or growth.
- Basic analytical ability and willingness to work with campaign data.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and project trackers.
- Proactive approach to identifying and completing tasks.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, digital-first environment.
- Interest in graduate employability, workforce development, innovation, or HRTech.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools, spreadsheets, project boards, or digital marketing platforms is beneficial.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, business, communications, management, or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.
Who This Role Is For:
This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond classroom-based learning and gain experience working on a real campaign with measurable objectives.
You do not need extensive professional experience. We are particularly interested in candidates who are curious, organised, willing to learn, and prepared to take ownership of campaign tasks.
Working Style:
This is a remote internship requiring proactive communication, reliable task management, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of assigned campaign activities and communicate progress clearly.
