Social Producer / Audience Editor

E32 Sports is a new Irish sports media brand producing original short-form sports content.

We’re looking for a Freelance Audience Editor / Social Producer to take ownership of the weekly publishing and distribution of approximately 15–20 finished short-form videos.

This is not primarily a video creation role. The content will already be produced. Your job is to make sure it is packaged properly, released intelligently and reaches the right audience.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building the weekly publishing schedule
• Deciding when and where each piece should be released
• Writing strong hooks, captions and platform-specific copy
• Tagging relevant players, clubs and organisations
• Scheduling and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, X and LinkedIn
• Acting as the day-to-day voice of E32 across social - responding to comments, engaging with fans, players, clubs and relevant conversations, and helping build a genuine community around the brand
• Proactively identifying opportunities for E32 to join conversations around Irish sport rather than simply publishing content and disappearing
• Monitoring performance and improving the release strategy week by week
• Building efficient workflows using automation, AI and publishing tools

A major part of the role is scalability.

We want to build systems and processes that allow E32 to increase its content output without simply increasing the amount of manual work required. The right person should be comfortable experimenting with AI, automation and social tools to streamline repetitive tasks while keeping the important human elements - judgement, timing, tone and writing - strong.

Writing is central to the role. We’re looking for someone who understands Irish sport, Irish culture and Irish humour and can write sharp, natural, engaging social copy rather than generic corporate captions.

This could suit an ambitious student, recent graduate or early-career media/social person who is excited by the intersection of sport, media, technology, AI and audience growth.

You do not need years of experience. We care much more about good instincts, strong writing, curiosity and an ability to learn quickly.

There is significant potential for the role to grow as E32 expands into additional sports and markets.

Initial engagement: 12 weeks

Freelance rate: €300 per week

Location: Remote, Ireland
