Show job description

Welcome to EHPlabs | We empower human potential. That starts with ours.

EHPlabs is a global health and fitness brand and the home of OxyShred, our viral flagship. We’re on shelf and online across the US, Australia, the UK, Canada, New Zealand and Singapore, from Walmart, GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe to Holland & Barrett, Nutrition Warehouse, Chemist Warehouse, Woolworths and more!

Since 2012 our fitness supplements and high-impact digital marketing have reached millions of people. Now we’re taking OxyShred into more stores, through the distribution partners who reach them.

What’s the opportunity? | Own the partner network, from plan to shelf

We're gathering expressions of interest, pipelining for when we're ready to hire our next National Distributor Partner Manager.

If successful, you’ll run the day-to-day work across our distribution partners. That includes our largest distributor and the wider network that puts our Energy, Protein and Gummies ranges into stores.

You own two numbers: what partners buy from us (sell-in) and what they sell to their customers (sell-out). You report to our Business Manager, Distribution Partners, who sets the direction and handles senior relationships. You handle everything else.

Many of the stores our partners service belong to retailers such as 7-Eleven, Ampol and BP, each with their own EHPlabs account manager. You make sure the partner and the retailer follow one plan.

We want an account manager ready to step up, or national account manager who loves being out in trade. You’re happy to build a forecast in the morning and ride with a partner rep in the afternoon.

What you’ll own

  • Partner plans. Run each partner’s joint business plan: ranging, pricing, terms, promotions and launches. Keep a scorecard for every partner and build the quarterly business review pack.
  • Forecast. Own the weekly sales call and the forecast for your partners. Call the number, explain what’s driving it and flag risks early.
  • Stock and sell-out. Compare sell-in with sell-out, so growth is real sales and not stock sitting in a warehouse. Keep partner stock in range, manage use-by dates, and plan stock builds with supply before promotions, launches and peak season.
  • Partner sales teams. Train partner reps on the range, new launches and our Perfect Store program. Design rep incentives and sales drives, and ride with reps in trade to fix execution gaps on the spot.
  • In trade. Visit partners and their customers, and check how our products look on shelf. Hold partners to their planogram, space and activation commitments. Report competitor launches, pricing, promotions and space changes.
  • Commercials. Keep partner trade spend within budget and report the return on every promotion. Check and reconcile partner claims, rebates and deductions on time with finance. Keep partner pricing consistent with our direct accounts.
  • Distribution. Win new outlets and grow our footprint. Find outlets and regions our network doesn’t reach, and build the case for new partners or wider coverage. Expand the range on shelf in every store.
  • Retailer alignment. Work with our Impulse account managers to turn each retailer’s range, planogram and promotion calendar into partner orders, stock builds and rep activity. Agree one forecast for shared retailers, and land new products in partner warehouses before the retailer’s range date.
  • Business Manager support. Take the day-to-day load: calls, follow-ups, ranging queries, promotions and order issues. Brief the Business Manager before every partner meeting, keep one live view of forecast against plan, and cover the accounts when they’re away.

What success looks like

  • Accurate forecasts and real sell-out growth
  • More outlets, deeper range and Perfect Store standards in every partner store
  • Claims reconciled on time and a strong return on promotional spend

About you | Hungry, empowered and here for each other

  • 3 to 5+ years in FMCG account management, ideally in wholesale, petrol and convenience, or route-to-market. A customer or field sales manager ready to step up is just as welcome.
  • A track record of owning a forecast and a customer profit and loss (P&L), not just processing orders.
  • Comfort with trading terms, ranging, trade spend and joint business plans.
  • Strong numbers skills. You turn sell-in and sell-out data into a clear call, and you keep a tight hold on margins, claims and accruals.
  • A love of being out in trade, building relationships face to face and following through.
  • Happy to support a senior leader while owning your own patch. You make them faster, not busier.
  • Good at working across teams. You share credit with retailer account managers and hold partners to what they agree.
  • Based in Sydney, and able to be in the office and on the road with partners regularly.
  • A current driver’s licence, and comfort with regular interstate travel, including WA every quarter and other regions every two months.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in energy, protein or better-for-you products.
  • Experience with a central distributor serving many outlets, and with retailers that run several store brands.
  • Experience training or incentivising a distributor’s sales team.
  • Hands-on with Google Sheets forecasts and a CRM or task tracker.

Just as important is how you work. You back yourself and set a high bar. You bring solutions, not problems. You’d rather grow than stay comfortable. And you love health, fitness and performance, in your own way.

Most of all, you know sell-out is the number that counts, and you build every partner plan that way.

What’s in it for you? | Your potential… empowered

  • People. People you love working with, who challenge you and back you.
  • Growth. Ownership from day one, and room to stretch.
  • Impact. Your ideas get tested and shipped. Autonomy, not bureaucracy.
  • Authenticity. Seen and valued for who you are. Leaders are accessible, and trust goes both ways.

Plus:

  • Competitive salary + bonus
  • Gym membership
  • Hybrid work
  • Generous paid parental leave to support growing families
  • Fun, supportive, high-performance culture
  • Discounted supplements, energy drinks and protein bars
  • Office dogs 🐾

Empowering all kinds of potential

We’re aligned on our values and mission, but we differ in our backgrounds and thinking. That difference drives innovation, creativity and performance. We get curious about each other, and we make sure everyone feels seen and part of the team. We may have different views, but we always respect each other.

Careers don’t follow one path. If you think your experience can add to our team, apply, even if you don’t tick every box. If you need any adjustments during the interview process, let us know.
