What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET;
• Design and implement REST APIs;
• Develop responsive user interfaces;
• Collaborate with business users;
• Participate in architectural decisions and the technical design of solutions;
• Write clean, well-structured, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code;
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to the adoption of development best practices;
• Identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues while optimising application performance;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
• At least 3 years of experience in web application development;
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET;
• Experience with ASP.NET Core and REST APIs;
• Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3;
• Experience with SQL Server and relational database modelling;
• Familiarity with Entity Framework Core;
• Experience with Git;
• Understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills in English;
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure;
• Docker and containerisation technologies;
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions);
• Microservices architecture;
• Authentication and authorisation (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT);
• Unit and integration testing (xUnit, NUnit);
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
