.NET Technical Lead We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead with proficiency in Angular or React to join our team. This role involves shaping technical direction, advocating for high-quality engineering practices, and delivering exceptional solutions in an agile setting. As a Technical Lead, you will mentor developers, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. About the Role: Support, guide, and mentor a development team working in an agile environment. Provide hands-on technical direction and guidance across backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular or React) technologies. Contribute to solution design, code quality, and architectural decision-making. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and senior stakeholders to help shape technical direction and deliverables. Deliver high-quality engineering through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance. Promote best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and clean architecture. Help troubleshoot technical challenges and support the team in resolving complex issues. Contribute to a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and thoughtful innovation. About you: At least 7 years of hands-on .NET experience. At least 5 years of experience with Angular or React. Experience leading or mentoring development teams. Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and agile methodologies. Experience with software design and SOLID principles. Experience working with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS). Proficiency with technologies such as C#, .NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Angular or React. Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and senior business stakeholders.
