Corevella Partners is exclusively advertising an exciting opportunity to join a private equity-backed organisation that is growing rapidly through acquisition.

As new businesses join the group, NetSuite is rolled out across each acquired entity to bring financial processes, systems and reporting together.

They're now looking for a hands-on NetSuite Administrator / Functional Consultant to play a key role in supporting and developing the NetSuite environment, helping integrate newly acquired businesses and ensuring finance teams can use the system effectively.

The Opportunity

This is not simply a traditional NetSuite administration position.

You'll be joining a business where NetSuite is central to its acquisition and integration strategy, giving you the opportunity to work across system administration, finance process improvement, implementation support and end-user training.

You'll work closely with finance stakeholders across the group, helping new businesses transition onto NetSuite while continually improving the platform for existing users.

Key Responsibilities

• NetSuite Administration: Own day-to-day administration, configuration, user access, roles, permissions, workflows and ongoing system support.
• Acquisition Integration: Support the rollout of NetSuite into newly acquired businesses, helping bring their finance processes and reporting into the wider group.
• Finance Systems: Work closely with finance teams to improve how NetSuite supports core financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting.
• Implementation Support: Assist with requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, data migration and go-live activities.
• End-User Training: Deliver training and ongoing support to finance teams and other NetSuite users, helping them become confident and effective on the platform.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks and improve the quality and consistency of financial data.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain saved searches, reports and dashboards to provide meaningful business and financial insights.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact between finance teams, operational stakeholders and external NetSuite partners where required.

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates who combine strong NetSuite functional knowledge with a solid understanding of finance processes.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Functional Consultant or Finance Systems Specialist.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite financial modules and core accounting processes.
• Hands-on experience configuring and improving NetSuite.
• Experience supporting NetSuite implementations, rollouts or system enhancements.
• Confidence working directly with finance teams and senior stakeholders.
• The ability to train end users and explain technical functionality in straightforward, practical terms.
• Experience with saved searches, reporting, dashboards, workflows and system configuration.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to take ownership of projects.

Particularly Relevant Experience

It would be advantageous if you've worked with:

• NetSuite OneWorld or multi-subsidiary environments.
• Businesses operating a buy-and-build or acquisition-led growth strategy.
• NetSuite implementations following mergers or acquisitions.
• Finance transformation, process standardisation or systems integration projects.
• Data migration, UAT and post-go-live support.
