The Opportunity

We're looking for a NetSuite Developer to own the technical design and delivery of customizations, integrations and automations across the platform, working closely with Finance, Supply Chain and Digital/ecommerce teams to keep the system scaling with the business.

What You’ll Do

• Own and enhance the NetSuite platform, driving solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance across the organization.
• Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and custom records across ERP, finance, and order management functions.
• Build and support integrations between NetSuite and key business systems, including eCommerce platforms, 3PLs, payment gateways, APIs, and BI tools.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Digital teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery, from technical design and development through deployment, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and data integrity challenges, while ensuring platform stability.
• Drive technical excellence by managing SDF deployments, maintaining documentation, contributing to upgrades and release testing, and mentoring developers on best practices.

Key Criteria

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer, Technical Consultant, or ERP Developer, delivering scalable solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Strong hands-on expertise with NetSuite development technologies, including SuiteScript (1.0/2.x/2.1), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP), and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
• Experience building and supporting integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms such as eCommerce, WMS, 3PL, payment gateways, and BI/reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and integration technologies, with experience using Node.js or similar frameworks for API and middleware development.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld and core business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Financials.
• Ability to own end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating in remote teams; NetSuite certification and experience in retail, consumer goods, eCommerce, EDI, or 3PL environments are highly regarded.
