Network Engineer (Level 2)

Job Summary: The Network Engineer, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will be part of our engineering team and be responsible for delivering high-quality implementation and support services to our customers. What You Will Do: The role includes service activations, equipment staging, high-level network design, installation support, and 2nd level technical support for escalated incidents. The candidate will comply with defined procedures and participate in standby support when required. Reporting to the Head of Client Operations.
