In Fastweb+Vodafone stiamo cercando Network Operations Control Professional nel team di Operational Excellence Converged - Converged Operations nella direzione di Technology & Security. Sarai responsabile di/della gestione/ attivita’ relative ai processi e tool di OSS.

In un ambiente dinamico puoi metterti alla prova e incrementare le tue competenze in ambito Operations, collaborare con i team di Technology & Security e contribuire direttamente allo sviluppo dei processi e tool in ambito Converged Operations.

REQUISITI ESSENZIALI

- Laurea in Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni, Informatica o affini.

- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in contesti NOC o Operations Center.

- Esperienza pregressa in ambito miglioramento processi

- Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di gestione rete, incident management, change management e performance monitoring.

- Capacità di lavorare in team interfunzionali e di gestire progetti complessi.

- Spiccate doti comunicative e organizzative.

- Proattività

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

- Buone competenze analitiche e approccio orientato sull’analisi dei dati (Data Analytics and Insights).

- Esperienza in analisi delle best practices di processo e implementazione di innovazioni guidate da indicatori numerici (Data Driven Decision Making).

REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI

· Certificazione ITIL o PMI

· Conoscenza degli strumenti OSS

· Conoscenza metodologia Six Sigma o metodi Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Retribuzione annua lorda a partire da euro 35.000 + Premio di Risultato.

The final financial offer may exceed the indicated value and will be determined based on demonstrated skills, the level of autonomy, and the actual scope of responsibility assumed in the role.
