Who We Are:

At Synapse Health, we're streamlining the durable medical equipment (DME) process. We manage intake, documentation, routing, claims, billing, and patient support. Our model reshapes how DME is delivered and experienced.

Since 2016, with decades of industry and leadership experience, we've delivered tech-based solutions that help our partners to modernize operations, improve coordination, and reduce administrative burdens. By taking on operational and financial complexity, we're redefining how DME works for providers, prescribers, and patients. We are proud to offer work that matters, on a mission that matters.

What We Need:

The Network Success Coordinator will report directly to the Manager, Network Success. This team member is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and support across our provider network, serving as the bridge between our network partners and the internal teams who support them. This role will focus on building strong, lasting relationships with network partners, troubleshooting issues before they escalate, and making sure our technology solutions are adopted and used effectively to improve operational efficiency, reduce friction in the referral-to-delivery process, and support better patient outcomes.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of outcomes, and wants to help shape how Synapse Health partners with its network as we grow.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for network providers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and following through until the issue is fully closed out.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new network partners, including account setup, system access, workflow walkthroughs, and early check-ins to ensure a smooth integration into Synapse Health systems and processes.
  • Monitor network partner activity and engagement, proactively identifying adoption gaps, recurring issues, and at-risk relationships, and recommending corrective action.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, billing, intake, and technology, to address and resolve operational challenges affecting the network, and communicate root causes and resolutions back to partners.
  • Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing best practices for network management, including standard operating procedures, escalation paths, and partner communication templates.
  • Facilitate training sessions, both live and virtual, for network providers on new tools, features, and processes, and develop supporting materials such as quick-reference guides and FAQs.
  • Gather partner feedback and surface trends to internal stakeholders to inform product improvements and service enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and partner satisfaction.
  • Support compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable industry regulations (such as HIPAA) within the network, including help with credentialing and documentation requirements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of network activities, communications, and issue resolution in our systems of record, and contribute to regular reporting on network health and performance.
  • Provide exceptional support to ensure a positive experience for all network partners at every stage of the relationship.

Note: These responsibilities reflect the general nature and scope of the role but are not exhaustive. Responsibilities may evolve to meet changing business needs.

What You Have:

At Synapse Health, we’ve intentionally built a culture rooted in kindness, collaboration, and creativity, qualities we consider essential for every team member. Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in network coordination, provider relations, account support, or a similar role within the healthcare or DME industry.
  • Working knowledge of provider workflows, such as referrals, orders, documentation, and claims, and how they affect network partners’ day-to-day operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn department and job-specific software systems, including CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or process-related topics clearly to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify root causes rather than just symptoms.
  • High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience with DME or healthcare technology platforms, such as EHR, referral management, or order intake systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing provider relationships or networks, including onboarding and retention.
  • Experience delivering training or presentations to external partners.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay composed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine focus on building and maintaining trusting relationships.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $20.30 – $25.50 per hour. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
