Job Description Posting Start Date: 7/7/26 Offer ID: 1530 Unit: Limagrain Corporate Job Title: Network Team Lead (H/F) Job Location: Chappes Contract type: Permanent Job Description: Main Goal As a Network Team Lead, reporting to the Head of Infrastructure and Operations, you will be at the heart of this transformation and will be responsible for: To participate in and to oversee the implementation of the network roadmap (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, global hubs, cloud networking, zero trust). To propose the architecture and evolution of network infrastructures. To ensure the interoperability and consistency of all network systems. To monitor technology and to propose continuous improvements. To ensure network security in collaboration with the cybersecurity team. To manage network deployment and migration projects. To supervise and to lead a team of network experts. To ensure compliance with SLAs and quality of service. To ensure the operational readiness (MCO) and security (MCS) of centralized administration tools in the technological domain. To provide level 3 network technical support. To oversee and to implement the security of industrial IT networks converging on the Group’s IT information system. To support the development of team expertise. To advise the Infrastructure & Operations manager. To manage the service catalogue, lifecycle, automation and CMDB. To promote the network to the Business Lines (#innovation) to meet their needs. To act as a point of contact for global interconnections (SD-WAN) and Equinix HUBs. To be responsible for contracts and partners working in the technological domain. As part of your duties, you will manage two contractors and occasionally be on call. This position is available immediately at Chappes (63), Porte les Valence (26), or la Ménitré (49). What we expect of you You hold a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in computer science, networks, or telecommunications. You have at least seven years of experience in the field of networking, including three years in operational management. You master key network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and QoS, as well as technologies including WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, SASE, private 4/5G, and VRF. You possess strong skills in network security (firewalls, NAC, SSE, CASB) and are familiar with cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, and OCI, along with their interconnections (ExpressRoute, Interconnect, FastConnect). Your expertise covers solutions from Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, and Zscaler, as well as monitoring tools such as Centreon. You are also comfortable with process automation and large-scale deployment, while maintaining a solid understanding of cybersecurity challenges. On a personal level, you demonstrate leadership and know how to unite teams around complex projects. Rigorous and pragmatic, you have strong analytical and synthesis skills, communicate effectively, and share your knowledge. Results-oriented and service-minded, you are capable of successfully driving strategic initiatives. An operational level of English is required.
