Role Description The NGO Fundraiser at Wendi will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support the organization’s programs and initiatives. This full-time remote role includes identifying and cultivating donors, partners, and sponsors, as well as preparing grant proposals, funding applications, and impact reports. The role involves managing donor communications, organizing online fundraising campaigns and events, and maintaining accurate records of contributions and engagements. The NGO Fundraiser will collaborate with program teams to gather data and stories that demonstrate impact, ensure compliance with donor requirements, and contribute to long-term resource mobilization plans.

- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Development Studies, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with NGOs or social impact organizations, especially in fundraising or resource mobilization, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
