We're looking for a hands-on Technical Performance Marketing Specialist to help us build a world-class in-house performance marketing capability.

You'll join our IT Business Solutions team, where you'll work alongside skilled colleagues within data, analytics, e-commerce, integrations, and digital platforms. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise, commercial impact, and capability building in one role.

You'll help us build the way we work.

Your mission is to:

  • Own and optimize Google Shopping and Performance Max
  • Grow Meta into a scalable sales channel
  • Turn best practices into playbooks and frameworks
  • Coach and enable our E-Store Managers
  • Continuously improve performance, processes, and results
  • Think of yourself as part specialist, part coach, part builder.

What we're looking for

You are someone who has:

✅ Strong technical expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and product feed optimization.

✅ Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, conversion data, campaign structures, and e-commerce performance metrics

✅ Experience testing, optimizing, and scaling paid media activities with a focus on profitable growth

✅ Experience working in a commercial environment, ideally within e-commerce or international experience.

✅ An entrepreneurial and agile mindset, comfortable taking ownership and solving problems hands-on.

✅ Ability to communicate technical and performance insights clearly to different stakeholders, supported by strong presentation skills

  • You like helping colleagues become better at what they do
  • You get motivated by measurable business impact
  • You want to work with technically strong colleagues who speak your language
  • you're still close enough to the platforms that you're happy rolling up your sleeves and doing the work yourself

What makes this role different?

Most performance marketing roles focus on campaigns.

This one focuses on capability.

We're creating an internal center of excellence for performance marketing, and you'll play a key role in making that happen. You'll have the freedom to influence tools, processes, governance, training, and optimization while directly impacting business growth.
