Position : Noc Analyst Experience: 4-10 years Work mode: Remote Notice :15-20 days or Immediate Five days working 2 days off Timings: 11:15pm – 7:15am EST Required Skills: NOC 24*7 operations Production Support Cloud Technologies:GCP or GKE most of them don’t have so check for AWS or azure if they have GCP that’s good! AppDynamics or similar APM platforms: Splunk or similar log-management platforms SolarWinds or similar infrastructure/network monitoring Jira / Jira Service Management OpsGenie or similar alerting/on-call platforms: Kubernetes Required / Strongly Preferred Experience in a 24x7 NOC, operations, production support, or similar environment. Experience monitoring critical production systems. Experience with incident triage and escalation. Experience participating in or coordinating major incident bridges. Cloud technology experience; GCP/GKE preferred . Application and infrastructure monitoring experience. Experience working with logs and monitoring data. Understanding of basic application, infrastructure, and network concepts. Ability to correlate information across multiple monitoring systems. Experience with enterprise alerting and monitoring platforms.
