Non Destructive Testing Field Project Manager

Nova Data Testing is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and highly motivated Field Project Manager to oversee our Non Destructive Testing operations across the Southeastern and Northeastern United States. This is a multi‑faceted role that requires the ability to simultaneously manage projects, lead and support field teams, and perform hands‑on inspections regularly. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable coordinating logistics, supervising employees, working directly with clients, and working in the field to support technicians on‑site. This position involves frequent travel, direct involvement in critical inspections within demanding industrial environments, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, maintaining safety, and ensuring accurate inspection results. Responsibilities Manage and lead field crews in the inspection of boilers, high‑pressure piping, storage tanks, and pressure vessels Lead by example through conducting inspections as needed to support field operations Provide daily status updates and progress reports to both clients and management Evaluate inspection results and prepare detailed, accurate technical reports Work closely with clients to maintain positive relationships and ensure project requirements are met Mentor, coach, and develop technicians and assistants to strengthen team performance and support career growth Collaborate with lead technicians and team members to support both professional and personal development Adapt quickly to changing conditions, troubleshoot issues in the field, and ensure safe, efficient project execution Why Join Nova Data Testing?
