Noon E-commerce Operations Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Noon E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage and grow our Noon marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Noon seller account and day-to-day marketplace operations.
• Create, optimize and maintain product listings.
• Manage product titles, descriptions, images, attributes and variations.
• Monitor orders, cancellations, returns and customer issues.
• Maintain inventory and pricing accuracy.
• Monitor product performance, sales and conversion.
• Research competitors, pricing and new product opportunities.
• Manage promotions, deals and marketplace campaigns.
• Identify problems in account performance and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fulfillment and internal teams.
• Prepare regular performance reports and highlight opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated with Noon policies, seller tools and marketplace changes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Noon Seller/Vendor platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.
• Experience managing product listings, inventory, pricing and orders.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and solve operational problems.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on sales and growth.

Preferred

• Experience managing a Noon account at scale.
• Experience with marketplace advertising/promotions.
• Experience with UAE/Saudi/GCC e-commerce markets.
• Familiarity with other marketplaces such as Amazon or Shopify is a plus.
