Amazon PPC & Seller Central Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon PPC & Seller Central Operations Executive to join our team.

The role will primarily focus on managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns while also supporting the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central accounts.

We are looking for someone who understands Amazon beyond simply launching campaigns, someone who can regularly review performance, identify issues, maintain account operations, and report clearly on the work being completed.

Location: Remote — Pakistan

Salary: PKR 50,000–75,000/month, depending on experience

Working Hours: Full-time, with regular availability during agreed business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products PPC campaigns
• Review campaign performance, search terms, keywords, bids, budgets, ACOS, ROAS, and overall advertising performance
• Identify underperforming keywords and unnecessary ad spend
• Suggest campaign improvements and larger advertising changes before implementation
• Monitor Amazon Seller Central on a daily basis
• Regularly audit tracking numbers and identify invalid or non-working tracking before they negatively affect Valid Tracking Rate (VTR)
• Monitor account health and flag potential operational issues
• Assist with buyer messages and routine customer service cases
• Review order-related issues, late shipments, tracking problems, refunds, replacements, and other Seller Central cases when required
• Maintain internal reports, spreadsheets, and operational records
• Prepare regular reports covering PPC performance, completed tasks, account issues, and recommended actions
• Communicate clearly with management regarding important account or advertising changes
• Perform other Amazon Seller Central-related operational tasks as required

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Practical experience managing Amazon PPC / Sponsored Products campaigns
• Good understanding of keyword targeting, search term reports, bids, budgets, ACOS and ROAS
• Familiarity with Amazon FBM order management and shipment tracking
• Understanding of Amazon account health metrics
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with order and tracking data
• Good written English communication skills
• Ability to prepare clear reports and explain problems or recommendations
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage daily responsibilities without constant supervision

Preferred

• Experience working with Amazon Canada and/or Amazon USA
• Experience managing multiple Amazon listings or Seller Central accounts
• Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis and search term optimization
• Understanding of Amazon advertising reports and campaign structures
• Previous experience working with FBM businesses
