Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone communication. Handle customer inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues. Effectively resolve customer issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Work collaboratively with other departments to improve service delivery. Stay informed about the latest gaming products and industry developments. Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus. Prior customer service experience, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace new cultural experiences.
