ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a North America Upstream Supply BD to build the upstream

supply backbone for our travel distribution business. You will bring

North American hotel, attraction, and air inventory into our

distribution system and ensure it flows into the downstream sales

chain. Downstream content-driven sales are handled by our established

China-based new media team — your focus is strictly upstream: sourcing

supply and integrating it into the system.

ROLE CONTEXT

Our distribution model is proven and scaling. Our China-based new media

team drives downstream sales through short-video and image-text

content, and the content-to-order path has been live and consistently

producing orders since June. We are now in a scale-up phase. Supply

priority is clear: we prioritize platform-side distribution inventory

— connecting existing distribution platforms and supply resources

rather than building direct sourcing from zero.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and onboard North American upstream supply partners across

hotels, attractions, air, and distribution platforms

• Own the full cycle independently: outreach, negotiation,

contracting, integration, and go-live

• Prioritize platform-side supply (Hotelbeds, WebBeds, Expedia

Partner Solutions, GTA and similar) — plug into existing

distribution inventory rather than negotiating property by property

• Work backwards from downstream demand: align with the China new

media team on merchandising needs (trending destinations,

packageable categories) so we never sign supply that cannot sell

• Move each batch of supply into the pipeline quickly, balancing

contracting quality against speed during the scale-up phase

REQUIREMENTS

• 5–8 years of experience in US OTA, travel distribution, or hotel

supply, with upstream supply / platform distribution BD exposure

• Hands-on B2B upstream supply BD in a distribution environment

(Hotelbeds, WebBeds, Expedia Partner Solutions, GTA and similar);

you understand how to plug supply into a platform system

• Proven track record of leading supplier or supply-chain partnerships

and driving them through integration and go-live

• Ability to run the full pipeline independently, from first contact

to live inventory

• Work authorization in North America (US / Canada)

• Fluent business English and Mandarin; comfortable with daily

cross-time-zone collaboration with our China HQ
