Help Shape the future of Novated Leasing at Flare

We’re seeing strong and unprecedented demand across our Flare business, and we’re growing our novated leasing team in Melbourne. We’re inviting expressions of interest from people who are interested in joining us in one of the following areas:

  • Novated Leasing Consultant
  • Novated Leasing Sales Team Leader
  • Novated Leasing Administrator

These opportunities could be a great fit for someone with experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, vehicle finance, financial services, sales or administration who are looking for their next challenge in a fast-moving, technology-led business.

What we’re looking for

Depending on the opportunity, we’d love to hear from people who bring:

  • For Novated Leasing Consultant opportunities, experience within novated leasing, salary packaging or consumer finance sales is preferred but not essential. You’ll ideally have a proven sales performance, the ability to build rapport quickly, manage a high volume of lead enquiries and maintain a sales pipeline, with vehicle leasing or financial services experience highly regarded.

  • For Novated Leasing Administrator opportunities, experience in a similar administration, operations or financial services role is valued. Experience with settlement packs, contract entry, lease changes or terminations is useful, as is knowledge of salary packaging and/or novated leases, relevant legislation and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk.

  • A customer-first approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of people.

  • A team-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping improve the way we work.

For the Novated Sales Team Leader opportunity, experience leading a novated leasing sales team would be especially highly regarded. This includes coaching consultants, managing performance and pipelines, using data to improve results and acting as an escalation point for complex customer queries.
