About The Role

- Project manage NPD in Australia’s largest retail drinks business
- Based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid working
Working across creative, commercial & production functions - you will manage projects through Adobe Workfront with teams and ensure projects are set up correctly from day 1 and follow agreed ways of working.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Leadership of cross functional teams on NPD/EPD/MC projects & agreed strategic initiatives to meet project KPIs.
- Lead regular project WIP meetings, ensuring project status is kept up to date.
- Move to get projects into Pinnacle process for the benefit of our teams - providing visibility of requirements to key team members & stakeholders.
- Facilitate completion of new product briefs, oversight of product costs & stage gate papers with accountable team members.
- Ensure all products comply with regulatory, quality & sustainability standards.
- Manage projects through our project management platform Adobe Workfront - champion its success & lead further improvement in its capability.
- Escalation of project risks and issues to management in timely manner.
Now Let’s Talk About You
- Business or Science Degree or qualifications in project management.
- 2 Years+ in project management, preferable within the Drinks industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging, product development & end to end supply chain functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Extremely well organised with the ability to balance multiple conflicting deadlines and dependencies.
