Role Description The Nutritionist role at PrepHero is a full-time, remote position based. The Nutritionist will design and adjust personalized meal plans aligned with clients’ health goals, including weight management, muscle gain, and overall wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting nutritional assessments, providing one-on-one counseling, and educating clients on evidence-based nutrition principles. The role involves collaborating with chefs and the product team to ensure menus meet nutritional standards and various dietary requirements, as well as contributing to nutrition-related content and initiatives that support PrepHero’s mission. The Nutritionist will also monitor client progress, maintain accurate records, and offer ongoing support to enhance long-term adherence and results.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply current scientific guidelines to practical meal planning.
• Demonstrated experience in Nutritional Counseling, supporting clients with diverse health and fitness objectives.
• Background in Weight Management, including designing sustainable strategies for weight loss, maintenance, and muscle gain.
• Skills in Nutrition Education, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and encourage long-term healthy habits.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; professional certification or licensure is an advantage.
• Experience working in clinical, sports, or lifestyle nutrition settings; food service or meal plan business experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered, inclusive, and culturally sensitive approach.
