Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Occupational Therapist at MantraCare. The Occupational Therapist will assess client functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions via virtual sessions. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, documenting progress, and adjusting therapy plans to meet client goals across areas such as daily living skills, work-related tasks, and pediatric development. The role also involves educating clients and caregivers, providing guidance on adaptive techniques and equipment, and contributing clinical insights to support MantraCare’s AI-driven care pathways.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation to assess needs, design interventions, and support functional independence.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine to understand diagnoses, comorbidities, and interdisciplinary care considerations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for virtual care, client education, documentation, and collaboration with remote care teams.
• Candidates should possess experience or competency in Pediatrics for supporting children’s developmental, sensory, and functional needs (pediatric experience strongly preferred for pediatric caseloads).
• Relevant qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and active licensure/registration in applicable jurisdictions.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior telehealth experience, familiarity with digital health tools, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in chronic care, mental health, or musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and comfort working in an AI-enabled care environment, is an advantage.
