Looking to take the next step in your career as a NDIS Occupational Therapist?

At PC Ability, part of the broader Procare Group, we’re striving to be Australia’s most respected NDIS therapy service. With over 27 years of experience, we are a trusted, growing, and inclusive team that values integrity, collaboration, and career development.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate NDIS Occupational Therapist to join our QLD team. This role is open to candidates based in North Brisbane, Caboolture, or the Sunshine Coast areas. In this rewarding community-based position, you’ll work closely with participants in their homes and local environments, supporting them to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

If you’re currently in a clinic-based or QLD Health role and are looking for a rewarding change, we’ll support you every step of the way with tailored mentoring and training to build your skills in the NDIS and community therapy space.

Full-time or a part-time position!

What We Offer You

  • Competitive Rewards: Generous salary, bonus & incentives, including sign-on and retention bonuses.
  • Career Growth: Structured induction programs, 1:1 mentoring, buddy systems, and further opportunities as we continue to expand.
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible hybrid working model, paid parental leave, purchased leave options, and access to our Employee Assistance Program for wellbeing support.
  • Inclusive Team Culture: Regular staff celebrations, charity events, and a genuine focus on collaboration and inclusion.
  • Additional Benefits: Novated leasing, salary sacrifice options, and kilometre reimbursement for travel.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
  • Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
  • Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
  • Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • For senior clinicians, take on leadership opportunities, including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist with:

  • AHPRA registration and 1+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services (preferred but not required).
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
