OMNITECH Wireless Applications S.A. operates in the mobile technology industry, specializing in authorized repair services, mobile devices, spare parts distribution, e-commerce, and B2B operations.

We are looking for an experienced, certified accountant with strong practical knowledge of Odoo Accounting to support our accounting operations and ensure accurate financial management within our ERP system.

This is a flexible, part-time position suitable for an accounting professional who can work independently and take responsibility for accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities using Odoo Accounting (Odoo 19).
• Configure and maintain the chart of accounts, journals, taxes, and fiscal settings.
• Manage customer invoices, supplier bills, credit notes, and accounting entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding payments.
• Review accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support Greek VAT compliance and AADE myDATA reporting and reconciliation.
• Verify correct accounting treatment of domestic, EU, and international transactions.
• Review accounting integration between Odoo, SoftOne, and other connected systems.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing.
• Work with management and the ERP development team to improve accounting automation.

Required Qualifications

• Certified accountant with relevant accounting qualifications and professional authorization where required in Greece.
• Proven professional experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping.
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting is essential.
• Good knowledge of Greek accounting regulations, VAT, and myDATA.
• Experience with bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and accounting controls.
• Ability to work independently and resolve accounting issues.
• Good communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing or configuring Odoo Accounting.
• Knowledge of Odoo 19 or recent Odoo versions.
• Experience with SoftOne ERP.
• Understanding of e-commerce, inventory valuation, and ERP integrations.
• Experience with accounting automation and process optimization.

Working Conditions & Compensation

• Hourly compensation: €22 -25 gross.
• Monthly workload: Approximately 30–60 hours.
• Estimated monthly gross compensation: €700–€1,400, depending on actual approved hours.
• Location: Gerakas, Athens, Greece.
• Work model: On-site or hybrid, depending on operational requirements.
• Availability: Immediate start preferred.
• Time tracking: All working hours must be recorded automatically through Time Doctor, in accordance with applicable employee-monitoring and data-protection requirements.
