Location: Panama City, Panama (Preferred) | Colombia (Remote with frequent travel to Panama) We are seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Specialist to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of our ERP ecosystem. This role will play a critical part in aligning business processes with Odoo capabilities, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and performance across operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert with strong functional and technical knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Odoo, and is open to frequent travel to Panama or potential relocation in the future. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations , including analysis, configuration, customization, and deployment Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions Customize and develop Odoo modules to meet specific operational needs Manage system integrations with third-party platforms and internal tools Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Train internal teams and ensure user adoption across departments Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and system architecture Stay updated on Odoo releases, features, and best practices Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP systems At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.) Experience with Odoo development (Python, PostgreSQL, APIs) is highly preferred Proven track record of successful ERP implementations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) Location & Mobility Based in Panama City preferred Candidates based in Colombia must be open to frequent travel to Panama Benefits What We Offer Competitive salary package Opportunity to work on high-impact ERP transformation projects International exposure and cross-border collaboration Career growth within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
