Offer Page Information Assistant
Customer Service | Marketing Information | Remote | Full-time or part-time
Pay: £32.00–£34.00 per hour
Make an approved offer page agree with its source
A published offer page can create customer questions if its dates, eligibility wording or next-step link no longer match the current approved information. The Offer Page Information Assistant checks assigned pages against a supplied offer brief and records what needs correction.
Where the employer permits a simple content edit, you may make and verify it. This is remote customer service support through accurate online information, with office administration in the tracking of issues. It does not involve creating offers or deciding commercial terms.
The approved brief defines the work. You would identify the page and the specific fields you have been asked to review, such as a title, an end date, a product reference or the instruction for claiming the offer. If the page displays a different price or condition, do not decide which figure should win. Note the discrepancy and ask the responsible marketing colleague. An apparently expired page should not be removed on your own unless an authorised instruction says so.
A page check with a clear finish
You might compare a live page with a current brief and see that the button directs people to an older online form. Record the page, the button and the destination you observed. If the approved link is provided and you have editing permission, you may correct it, preview the change and check the published result. A customer should reach the actual next step the page describes. If a publication system delays the update, keep the issue pending until the live page can be confirmed.
Another page might show a date that differs from the brief. You would check whether there is a later authorised instruction before changing it. If two briefs are in circulation, the responsible team should choose. Your role is to make the mismatch visible and carry out a confirmed update, not to infer business intent. That boundary matters when a customer might rely on the displayed terms.
The assigned work may include:
- Locating an offer page from an approved task list.
- Comparing its visible facts with the current supplied brief.
- Testing the intended next-step link or button.
- Recording an exact mismatch with the source reference.
- Entering a permitted update after approval.
- Previewing and checking the live page after the change.
- Keeping an unresolved discrepancy visible to the content owner.
- Directing a customer’s eligibility or pricing decision to the right team.
The position is not a marketing analyst role. You would not assess campaign results, choose a target audience or promise that a customer qualifies for an offer. You may help a customer find the approved page, but a personal question about eligibility requires the authorised team. The employer will teach the content system and how its briefs are approved. Clear written notes and careful checking are the skills that matter from the start.
An offer may appear on more than one approved page. If your assignment covers a landing page and a related help page, check the specified facts on both and record which page was corrected. Do not assume a change in one editor updates every public location. If a customer has already raised a question about conflicting terms, your note should identify exactly what each page displays. The responsible team can then decide the authoritative wording and any customer response; you can implement the confirmed content change within your remit.
Previous website, customer service or office administrative experience can help but is not required. Applicants with little experience are welcome if they can use a browser, compare a page with a supplied document and ask about a conflict. A course page or volunteer site can provide relevant practice. A home office area supports focused online review. Remote full-time or part-time hours may be offered at £32.00–£34.00 hourly.
Apply for the position
Use your CV to show any experience checking public information, correcting a page or recording a discrepancy for someone else to decide. You do not need to claim authority over pricing or promotions.
The employer will teach the specific editor and approved offer process. If you’re selected for the next step, you may be asked to complete an application on the hiring company’s website. The hiring team can discuss the real page types and working hours as selection progresses.
