Job Overview
We are looking for an Office Administrator to provide general administrative support in a work-from-home setup. The role will involve handling day-to-day administrative tasks, organising information, and supporting the team with routine office functions.
Responsibilities
Handle general administrative and clerical tasks.
Organise and maintain files, documents, and records.
Manage emails, calendars, and basic correspondence.
Prepare and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups when required.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications
Previous experience in office administration, administrative support, or a similar role.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup.
